Our accounts are billed on a monthly basis.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 2:00pm. If problem arises your assigned Account manager will work to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Outside of our office hours customers can reach us any time via our emergency phone line or by a custom email we create for each of your facilities. We are quick to respond to any of your messages. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to get in touch.
Our priority is the safety of your employees and their belongings. All of our team members wear photo ID badges for easy identification. We conduct background checks upon request, and can also provide any additional testing you require. We respect your space so if there are restricted areas in your facility, we will not enter them. At the end of each shift, we make sure all doors are locked and alarms are set before leaving.
Yes, we carry general liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and a janitorial bond of $25,000. If an accident occurs, we are more than prepared.
